Welcome to the Academy

Welcome to the Evangelist Training Academy of Sparkles of Hope Christian Ministries. This training is designed to form evangelists who know Christ, communicate the Gospel clearly, love people genuinely, serve communities wisely, and represent the ministry with integrity. Your goal is not simply to finish lessons; it is to develop habits and judgment that can carry into real ministry.

How Training Works

The academy combines biblical teaching, reflection, knowledge checks, ministry scenarios, practical assignments, quizzes, field outreach, a final examination, and leadership review. Online completion demonstrates that academic requirements have been met. Commissioning is a separate ministry decision made after field requirements and leadership review.

Honor, Safety & Boundaries

Complete your own work. Never pressure anyone to pray, convert, donate, disclose private information, or accept ministry assistance. Respect a person's right to decline a conversation. Do not promise housing, money, counseling, legal help, medical help, or other services unless you are authorized to do so. Emergencies and specialized needs should be referred to appropriate qualified services.

Scoring

Each module quiz requires 80% to pass and may be retaken. Complete the scenario, reflection, and practical assignment for every module. Course certification requires leadership approval of coursework, two approved outreaches, an 80% final-exam score, and mentor approval. Commissioning is a separate leadership decision.
