ACCOUNTABILITY ALONG THE WAY

Preparation is more than a passing score.

Your course combines independent learning with leadership review. The goal is a thoughtful, responsible witness grounded in Scripture and expressed through service.

Course completion requirements

  • Pass all 11 module quizzes with at least 80%.
  • Complete ministry scenarios and leadership-approved coursework.
  • Submit two outreach experiences approved by leadership.
  • Pass the 40-question final examination with at least 80%.
  • Receive mentor and leadership approval.

Leadership issues the course certificate after these requirements are met. Ministry commissioning is considered separately.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Room for
your questions.

Knowing what to expect helps you begin with confidence.

Is the course free?

Yes. Enrollment and training are free. Donations to Sparkles of Hope Christian Ministries are welcome and entirely optional. Giving is not required to enroll, progress, or receive a course certificate.

Who is this course for?

Believers who want to prepare for evangelistic ministry, serve their communities, and grow in biblical understanding and character. You can begin with a willingness to learn; you do not need to have every answer.

How does the 12-week course work?

The learning path includes orientation and ten training modules, followed by field practice and leadership review. Study independently at your own pace, or participate in a cohort assigned by ministry leadership. Cohort dates are shown in your student portal once you are assigned.

How do I enter the student portal?

Use the student portal button to sign in with ChatGPT. Your saved work is connected to that account, so use the same account each time. Complete the short enrollment form with your full name, phone number, and contact email, then begin immediately. No enrollment approval is required.

How is my work assessed?

Each module includes a five-question quiz, a ministry scenario, a personal reflection, and a practical assignment. Earn at least 80% on every module quiz and on the 40-question final exam. Leadership reviews your coursework, two outreach submissions, and mentor assessment.

Do I receive a certificate or become commissioned automatically?

A course certificate is issued by leadership after the completion requirements and mentor approval are met. Commissioning to represent the ministry is a separate leadership decision. Completing a quiz alone does not authorize you to minister on behalf of Sparkles of Hope.

Do I need to upload videos?

You can attach assignment evidence when appropriate. The portal accepts supported documents, images, audio, and video up to 10 MB per file. Lesson audio and video appear when your instructor adds them.
