LEARNER INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Sparkles of Hope Christian Ministries operates this Evangelist Training Academy. This notice explains the information used to provide your training.

Effective October 6, 2026

Information the academy collects

  • Account information: the academy receives a site-specific account identifier, email address, and, when available, your display name through ChatGPT sign-in. The academy does not ask for your ChatGPT password.
  • Enrollment details: your full name, contact email, phone number, and enrollment date. These details are required to begin the free course.
  • Training records: quiz scores, scenario results, reflections, assignments, uploaded evidence, outreach descriptions, exam attempts and results, cohort membership, leadership feedback, mentor evaluations, and certificate or commissioning records.

Your reflections and assignments may include personal experiences or religious beliefs. Share only what is relevant to your training and what you are comfortable having ministry leadership review.

How information is used

We use these details to identify your learner account, save your progress, contact you about your training, assess coursework, coordinate cohorts and outreach reviews, and manage certificates and commissioning decisions. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

Who can access your records

Your learner account can access its own saved work. Authorized ministry administrators can review learner contact details, submissions, and results. Learner contact information and coursework are not displayed on the public homepage or curriculum pages.

If leadership issues a certificate, someone with its certificate identifier can use the verification endpoint to confirm the learner name and certificate status. That verification does not return your phone number, email address, or coursework.

Services used to provide the academy

The academy uses OpenAI Sites and ChatGPT sign-in, with Cloudflare database and file storage supplied through the hosting service. These providers process information to operate their services under their own terms and privacy notices. Sign-in and hosting services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication and service operation.

Optional donations take place on PayPal’s website. This academy does not collect payment-card numbers or bank credentials and does not require a donation to enroll or complete the course. External lesson media, when added by an instructor, is hosted by its respective provider.

Storage and retention

Training and contact records remain stored in the academy unless ministry administration removes them. There is currently no automatic expiry or self-service account-deletion feature. Signing out does not delete your academy records. Authorized administrators can export records and create backups that include uploaded evidence. The academy retains up to 30 completed backup snapshots in protected hosting storage. Independent downloaded copies must be managed by ministry leadership; a removal request should identify any records that may also appear in backups.

Access controls protect learner and leadership areas, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share it with others.

Update, access, or remove your information

You can update your name, contact email, and phone number in your learning dashboard. To request a copy of your academy records, a correction to other records, or removal of your information, email sparklesministry@gmail.com with the subject “Academy privacy request.”

Include your learner name and the email used to sign in. Ministry support may ask you to verify account ownership before handling a request. Requests are reviewed by a person; removal is not automatic. Support will explain if any records need to be retained and what can be removed. Do not email passwords or payment details.

Protect the people you serve

Use anonymous descriptions in outreach submissions. Do not include recipients’ full names, phone numbers, addresses, medical details, or other sensitive information. Do not upload identifiable photos or recordings of other people without appropriate permission. Contact support if you accidentally submit private information.
